In short: this site has no accounts, no forms, no trackers and no cookies. The language you choose appears in the page address.
Language and browser storage
The language switcher opens the English or French address of the same page. The site does not save that choice in your browser's data. You can switch languages at any time using the links at the top of the page. The address always identifies the version you are reading, so you can share a link to that version directly.
No cookies are set, so no consent banner is required: a display preference you asked for yourself falls under the exemptions.
What is not collected

Server logs
